What Data We Collect

When you complete a NurtureArc assessment, we collect:

• Your name and role (optional)
• Your email address (optional, for future features)
• Your answers to the 18 wellness questions
• Your generated wellness scores and AI-produced plan

We do not collect payment data, government identifiers, or health records.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to generate and display your personalised wellness report. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Assessment data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU. Data is retained for 12 months from the date of assessment, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data

To exercise these rights, email hello@nurturearc.polsia.app with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

NurtureArc uses a session identifier stored in your browser to link your answers to your assessment. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Anthropic Claude (via Polsia proxy) — to generate your personalised plan
• Neon PostgreSQL — to store assessment data
• Render — to host the application
